A rather nice RPG, particularly for the time, this game seems very heavily inspired by the Final Fantasy series, in both artwork and game play. It uses an action bar to make the standard "take turns bashing each other" RPG combat a bit more interesting, something with was in both FF4 (1991) and FF5 (1993) which came out about this time. The story starts with an old man finding a baby abanandoned at a blood-splattered campsite, and then starts the actual gameplay when the said child is older (in his teens, perhaps.)
