Shingo is the main character, a man who's just gotten an internship at a prestigious girl's school. This predictably ends with a fair amount of adult CG, including a number of lesbian and femdom scenes. Actual gameplay is pretty boring, you just wander around the mostly empty school trying to find characters to talk to, using a series of menus with the arrow keys and enter to control.
