Although the doujin group Toy Pops did do a number of actual games (all adult) this one seems to have survived to the modern day in terms of distribution the best, which is a little puzzling, as it's not really a "game" just a series of three scenarios starring a girl with glasses who is about to have a very bad time. There's also a CG mode if the paragraph or so if "story" is too wordy for you.
