Interesting boot sequence on this one: To view the intro, use the System disk and one of the Data disks. To actually play the game, put System in A and User in B. It'll prompt you to switch to the data disks once loaded.

The game plot is pretty standard, you play the son of the hero who ended the civil war, right as it is reuniting. Mechanics are interesting, though: you can recruit people in the village, and in combat, you chose your actions via Tactics, before executing at turn via Action. Control is by either the mouse or keyboard, with Enter to confirm and Space to cancel.
