This appears to be a port of an arcade strip mahjongg game, as indicated by the general style and the "insert coin" prompt on the main screen. You pick a player from the list of girls, and then battle other girls, getting a single nude pic after you defeat them. It's not a particularly hard mahjongg game, but I don't understand the point of having a female character, seeing as your character doesn't disrobe when she loses.
