It's a Ponjalla game, a simpler derivative of Mahjongg. You play against various girls, disrobing them with every win. If you run them out of money before you beat them by winning 3 games, you get an additional scene. This game seems to have some emulation issues, mainly really slow load times. I'd suggest using T98-Next for this one.
