This is a doujin action game where you play a mosquito, and pray upon young women. Each section has two phases, first, you must dodge hazards to land on a girl, then, you must suck blood from her before the timer runs out. You use the arrow keys to move your mosquito and dodge the hazards and her hand, and the down arrow to suck blood. After you've won the second phase, you get a picture of the girl.
